Marking the first online fit guide available to consumers in the pillow industry, The Right Fit Guide was designed to enhance pillow shopping, allowing a more interactive experience that engages customers through a short series of questions about their personal sleep preferences. Four simple questions walk the consumer to their best fit: sleep position, preferred firmness, preferred size, and finally, sleep goals. Each response is matched with pillow feature customizations, resulting in the reveal of The Right Pillow counterpart for that particular customer's set of comfort needs. The customer will then have the option to review the recommended pillow and depending on their satisfaction with the resulting match, begin The Right Fit Guide again or proceed to check out for purchase.
